• 遵守法律。不得利用服务交易违禁品、实施欺诈、侵犯知识产权或组织违法活动。
• 保护未成年人。不得发布涉及未成年人的不当内容，也不得诱导未成年人进行不安全互动。
• 尊重内容权利。仅发布自己拥有权利或已获授权的内容。
• 不得滥用平台。不得发送垃圾信息、恶意链接、虚假举报、批量注册账号或规避系统安全机制。
• 理性看待 AI。AI 陪伴用于支持性沟通，不应被用于替代专业医疗、心理咨询、法律或财务建议。

• Avoid violence and self-harm content. Do not post, encourage, threaten, or glorify violence, self-harm, suicide, or harm to others.
• Be authentic. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive identities, mislead users, or falsify qualifications.
• Communicate kindly. Do not abuse, threaten, bully, discriminate, dox, extort, or intentionally cause harm.
• Follow the law. Do not use services to trade prohibited goods, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, or organize unlawful activity.
• Protect minors. Do not post inappropriate content involving minors or encourage unsafe interactions with minors.
• Respect content rights. Share only content you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not abuse the platform. Do not send spam, malicious links, false reports, bulk account registrations, or bypass safety systems.
• Use AI responsibly. AI companionship is supportive communication and should not replace professional medical, counseling, legal, or financial advice.

Reporting

If you believe someone has violated these guidelines or made you feel unsafe, contact us at customer@solaafun.com. We will protect report information within reasonable limits and may issue reminders, restrict features, suspend, or terminate services depending on the circumstances.

Impact

We assess violations based on behavior, risk level, history, and applicable law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account restrictions, service termination, or reports to competent authorities when necessary.
